    Rebecca’s was initially established in 1998, before the year 2000! Since then, we have retained and unleashed the same world class chef, kept the delightful menu consistent, preserved the cozy and romantic atmosphere, and improved the property. We have guests who have been experiencing dinner here for almost 20 years!

    This black and white picture was taken of the front of the restaurant around the time of opening in 1998. As you can see the character of the restaurant has remained exactly the same as the initial founder intended, and the aesthetics were improved, not changed. After over 1/4 million dollars of investments, everything is the same, just better!

    The restaurant is now owned by two best friends who stepped in to invest and save the restaurant at a time when it was near closing. Today it is an anchor experience of Northern New Jersey, and has over 500 Five Star Ratings online.

    we have seating configurations several event types

    Main Dining room – a cozy seating area for 30 to 40 guests and frequently the unofficial dance floor for a special celebratory dance for 2. Decorated with rich fabrics, a hint of classic Havana and all of the rustic beauty of a place where you can fall in love again, or laugh about everything.

    Romantic Hideaway – a dim lit soft intimate room that seats 6 to 12 guests depending on configuration. Decorated with mirrors, outfitted with candles and a combination of long bench chairs and wooden single seats, this areas is perfect for the private party that wants to be exclusive, but not tucked too far away from the action in the main dining room.

    Cliffside Patio – an open airy Napa like patio that seats 15 to 25 depending on configuration. Open in the summer covered in soft night-lights, greenery, flowers and a waterfall. Glass covered in the winter, heated and glowing under the summer lights that mask the cold of the winter while reminding you of “that warm summer night” you were here last year.

    I came here on the opening night. I had the steak, well to be precise the churrasco. It was impressive, but, this was opening night. I had just moved to the East Coast, so finding a good restaurant means you go again, and again. Repeatedly, every item on the menu is just a dance to remember. From the Camarones Verdes to the Ropa Veija - these guys get it!

    We had our wedding anniversary party here. The BYOB service is great, everyone was able to bring their favorite drinks and we embellished in the food and music. The best part? The owners came over, spoke to us and found out it was our anniversary. They asked us for our wedding song, and then played it for my wife and I to dance after dinner. You can't beat that!

    The food here is consistently good, I have been here on weekdays, weekends, for brunch, on holidays when they have prix fixes and on days when there are barely people here - consistently these guys put out a great experience and meals that always delight. This is one of my favorite restaurants the the greater Northern New Jersey area.
